For the past seven years, Ville Raikamo has worked as an entrepreneur in the construction industry in Finland, specializing in new construction. He has extensive practical experience in building various roof types, from detached and terraced houses to halls and apartment buildings. His strong construction expertise is combined with skills in sales and product development, making him a versatile and practical expert.
Loren Skoog holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and has work experience in roofing in the United States, construction and property maintenance in Finland, and financial administration in Japan. In the United States, he gained practical experience in both roof installation and sales, focusing on sustainable and customer-centric solutions. This expertise is now being brought to the Finnish market in the form of efficient flat roof renovations – backed by strong business and technical know-how.
Eric Skoog has worked in financial administration and accounting for nearly 40 years. He has served as a public auditor, management consultant, controller, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and for the past 23 years, as the CEO of a roofing contracting company. In his various roles, he has been responsible for, among other things, developing and implementing administrative and sales operating procedures, automating sales processes, building compensation systems, tax planning, and financial management and forecasting. He brings a significant amount of industry-specific expertise to the company.
