How is the Lava 20 system installed?
Step 1
The surface is inspected
We begin the work with a thorough inspection, looking for damage, cracks, and weakened areas. All defects are repaired before installation.
Step 2
The surface is washed and primed
We thoroughly clean the roof, removing loose dirt, moss, and other impurities. Priming the surface ensures that the coating adheres properly and remains in place for a long time. Cracks, for example in concrete, are filled, and seams are reinforced.
Step 3
All penetrations are sealed and finished
All roof penetrations, such as chimneys and ventilation pipes, are carefully sealed.
Step 4
The first layer is applied
The first layer of Lava 20 is applied, which begins to form the protective coating.
Step 5
Fiberglass reinforcement is installed to improve durability
We use fiberglass reinforcement to strengthen the structure and improve surface durability.
Step 6
Applying the second layer
The second layer completes the protection and makes the surface completely waterproof.
Step 7
Customized finishing
You can add colors of your choice or even a walkway to the roof. For example, your company logo can be outlined on the roof, visible from an airplane or satellite images.
